Return Policy

At American Stock Clothing Co., we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? No problem.
• We offer free exchanges for size or color (subject to product availability) within 30 days of delivery.
• If your requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance or Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The reason for your return or exchange

We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
